<2021학년도 9월입학 외국인전형 등록금 납부 및 확인 안내>

1. 등록금 납부

- 기간 : 2021년 7월 7일(수) 10:00 ~ 2021년 7월 13일(화) 11:00

- 등록금 납부 기간 내 가상계좌를 통해 등록금을 납부하여야만 등록이 완료됨

- 등록금 납부 기간 내 납부하지 않을 경우 등록포기로 간주됨

2. 장학금 선발자 확인 및 등록금 환불 안내

- 장학금 선발자는 합격자페이지를 통해 확인 가능 (합격자페이지에 장학금명이 기재되어있지 않은 경우 장학금 선발자가 아님)

- 장학금 선발자의 경우 추후 이메일로 등록방법 안내 예정

3. 등록금 납부 확인 방법

- 서강대 국제팀 홈페이지 배너를 통해 확인 가능

- 자세한 확인 방법은 첨부파일 참조

4. 등록금 납부 시 유의사항

- 납부고지서에 기재된 우리은행 가상계좌로 입금하여야 하며, 개인별로 부여된 가상계좌이므로 타인명의로 입금하더라도 정상적으로 처리됩니다.

- 한국 내 계좌가 아닌 해외 계좌로 등록확인예치금을 납부하는 경우, 납부하는 금액이 실제 서강대학교 계좌에 입금되는 데 2일 이상의 시간이 소요될 수 있습니다.

해외 계좌이체 소요 시간 등의 사유로 인해 7월 13일 오전 11시까지(한국시간기준) 입금이 확인되지 않는 경우에는 등록이 되지 않은 것으로 간주될 수 있으니,

등록금을 마감일보다 일찍 납부해주시기 바랍니다.

1. Tuition payment

- Period: July 7th, 2021 (Wed) 10:00 ~ July 13th, 2021 (Tue) 11:00

- Enrollment is completed only when the tuition is paid through a virtual account within the payment period.

- Your enrollment will be approved only when the tuition is paid within the payment period.

- If the tuition is not paid within the payment period, it will be considered as cancellation of registration.

2. Confirmation of scholarship eligibility and refund of tuition deposit

- The students ed for scholarships can be checked through the webpage of the result of admission (if there is no scholarship name on the page, it means the student is not ed for the scholarship.).

- Scholarship beneficiaries will receive an email after the announcement for the registration.

3. How to confirm the tuition payment

- It can be checked through the banner of the office of international affairs website.

- Please refer to the attached file for detailed information.

4. Notes on payment of the tuition

- The tuition must be deposited(or transferred) to the Woori Bank virtual account listed on the payment invoice, and since it is a virtual account given for each individual, it will be processed normally even if the tuition is under the name of another person.

- If you pay the tuition by an overseas account other than a Korean account, it may take up to 2 days to be transferred and deposited into the account of Sogang University.

- If the payment is not confirmed by 11am on July 13th (Korean time) due to the time required for overseas account transfer, it may be considered that you are not going to enroll, so please pay the tuition earlier than the deadline.

<2021年9月入学国际学生入学缴纳预存款及确认信息>

1.缴纳学费

-期间：2021年7月7日（星期三）10:00〜2021年7月13日（星期二）11:00

-只有在缴纳学费期内通过虚拟账户缴纳了学费时，注册才完成。

-即使是获得奖学金的学生，也只有在缴纳期限内缴纳了学费后才进行注册。

-如果未在缴纳期内缴纳学费，则视为放弃注册。

2.确认奖学金选拔及学费的退款信息

- 可以通过“合格者确认”页面进行确认奖学金选拔结果（“合格者确认”页面没有记载奖学金名的话，则不是奖学金选拔者。）

- 根据奖学金种类，奖学金选拔的学生缴纳的学费日后可以退款，月中旬将给注册生以单独邮箱通知详细事项。

3.确认缴纳学费的方法

- 可以通过西江大学国际处网站的横幅进行确认

- 有关详细信息，请参阅附件

4.缴纳学费的注意事项

- 必须在缴纳发票上列出的Woori银行虚拟帐户中进行存款，并且由于这是为每个人指定的虚拟帐户，因此即使缴纳在他人的名义下，也会正常处理。

- 如果您将通过韩国账户以外的其他海外账户缴纳学费，您缴纳的金额可能需要超过2天的时间才能存入Sogang University的帐户中。

如果由于海外帐户转帐时间的原因，在7月13日上午11点之前（韩国时间）仍未确认缴纳，则该付款可能被视为未注册，因此请在截止日期前缴纳学费。
