2021-2학기 국제학생 단체보험 가입안내 및 미가입자 제재

 

학교에서는 국제학생들의 안전한 유학생활을 위하여 국민건강보험에서 보장되지 않는 필수담보로만 구성된 유학생 단체보험을 준비하였습니다. 이는 한국 체류중인 유학생이라면 당연가입되는 국민건강보험과는 별도입니다.

학부 재학중인 국제학생의 단체보험 가입은 선택이 아닌 필수이며, 아래의 신청 방법을 통해 단체보험에 가입하시기 바랍니다.

또한 가입의무가 면제되는 학생은 goabroad8@sogang.ac.kr로 면제사유 및 관련증빙을 제출하시기 바랍니다.

* 단체보험 가입시, 보험증권은 별도로 제출하지 않아도 됩니다.

 

1. 서강대학교 국제학생 단체보험

- 보험회사: DB손해보험

- 보험기간: 2021.09.01 ~ 2022.03.01(6개월)

- 보험료: 20,000원 *성별/나이 무관

- 보험가입 신청사이트: http://n.foreignerdb.com/sogang

 

2. 미가입자 제재사항

- 미가입자 제재 기간: 2021.09.17(금) ~

- 미가입자 제재 항목: SAINT 과목이수표 열람, 증명서 발급 신청, 전공 신청/변경/취소, 교환학생 신청, 시설물 예약

- 가입 면제 대상: 이메일로 학번, 이름, 면제사유, 증빙서류(아래 참고) 제출

  1) 해외체류자: goabroad8@sogang.ac.kr로 해외체류증빙(출입국증명서 또는 여권에 찍힌 출입국 도장 사진) 제출

  2) 단체보험에 준하는 국내/해외 사보험 가입자: goabroad8@sogang.ac.kr로 보험증권 송부(국제팀 심사 후 단체보험 가입 면제 여부 결정)

2021 Fall Semester Group Insurance for International Students and Restrictions on the uninsured

 

Sogang University has designed a group insurance plan consists of essential coverages not provided by the National Health Insurance for safe study life of international students. Group insurance is totally different from National Health Insurance and both are mandatory.

Please apply to sign up for the group insurance following the below and attached guideline.

 

1. Sogang University Group Insurance for International Students

- Insurance Company: DB손해보험

- Insurance Period: September 1^st, 2021~ March 1st, 2022 (6 months)

- Insurance Fee: KRW 20,000 *regardless of gender or age

- Application Site: http://n.foreignerdb.com/sogang

 

Students exempted from the mandatory, please send the proving documents to email(goabroad8@sogang.ac.kr.)

2. Restrictions on Students who uninsured

- Restriction start from September 17st, 2021

- Restricted functions of SAINT: Browsing Course Completed, Certificate Issuance, Major Application/Change/Cancellation, Application for Exchange Student, Facilities Reservation

- Object of exemption : Please submit the student ID, name, reason for exemption, and documentary evidence via e-mail.

  1) Staying abroad student: Submit a proof of staying abroad (A Certificate of Entry & Exit or a photo of an entry stamp on the passport) to goabroad8@sogang.ac.kr.

  2) Student who has a domestic/overseas private insurance equivalent to the group insurance: Please submit the certificate of insurance and insurance policy to goabroad8@sogang.ac.kr. (OIA will examine the documents and then notify whether you are exempted or not.)
