유학생 건강보험 가입제외 신청 안내

1. 가입제외 신청서류

  가. 가입제외신청서(첨부 1)

  나. 의료보장을 받을 수 있음을 증명하는 서류: 외국보험 가입증빙 + 외국보험가입내역현황(첨부 2)

  ※ 모든 증빙서류는 한글 번역본 포함해야 함(공증 불필요) 한글 번역본 없을 경우 처리 불가

 ※ 여성의 경우 출산관련 의료보장 되어야 함 (출산관련 보장내용 없을시 가입제외 불가)

2. 신청서류 제출 방법

  ※ 가입제외 신청은 외국인민원센터를 통해서만 가능합니다.

1. Required documents

  a. Application for Exclusion for Health Insurance for Overseas Nationals and Foreign Workers(attached #1)

  b. Proof of other insurance: Foreign insurance certificate + Status of foreign insurance subions(attached #2)

  ※ All the documents of proof should be accompanied with a Korean-translated one but dont need to be notarized.

2. How to submit the document
